The links below will take you to the new Hockey Edmonton Team Linkt website for permits. These links are for U15 & U18 teams.

The links are to be used only until the teams have access to EFHL Ramp website/portal. These links will not be active after October 31.

 

TEAM SHORT is a mandatory field.  Team short will start with TWO LETTERS (NW for example) followed by a 3-digit team # IE: NW601

 

Permits for EXHIBITON GAMES in the city MUST be in at least 4 days PRIOR to the game.  This is the time frame required by the Referee In Chief's (RIC) to post and assign games.

ONLY the Home team (when both teams are Hockey Edmonton teams) need to apply for the permit and once approved, it will apply to both Hockey Edmonton teams.

Team contacts and Directors do not need to contact the RIC to assign/request refs. When Hockey Edmonton gets the permit request, they will send it to the RIC's to request refs. Once the RIC has replied to the request, Hockey Edmonton will then approve/deny the permit.

Permits for EXHIBITON GAMES outside the city should be in as soon as possible (minimum 72 hours before game). Chances are, Hockey Edmonton teams are the visiting team for these games, but a permit is still required to travel to and play the game.  The other team (when not a Hockey Edmonton team), will also need a permit/sanction from HA and/or their home association to host/play the game. Refs for these games will be requested by the other team (non Hockey Edmonton team).
