Body Contact Camp

200 Hockey returns to NWZ to lead our popular Body Contact Camp! Players will receive expert instruction focused on safe body contact techniques, angling, checking, and game awareness, helping them prepare for the upcoming season with confidence.

Dave Rathjen Goaltending returns to lead our NWZ Goalie Prep Camp! Designed specifically for goaltenders, this camp focuses on refining fundamentals, improving movement and positioning, and preparing goalies for a successful season

Goalie Prep Assistance
NWZ is looking for 2 goaltenders per Skater Prep Camp to help support our on-ice sessions.
- Cost: FREE
- Goalies will participate in drills to provide shooters with a realistic training experience.
- Please note: This is not a goalie instruction camp. Goaltenders will not receive position-specific coaching or instruction during these sessions.
If your goalie is looking for extra ice time and would like to help make our Skater Prep Camps a success, we'd love to have them join us!
Space is limited to two goalies per camp, so registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

NWZ is looking for 6 shooters for the Goalie Prep Camp to help support our on-ice sessions.
- Cost: FREE
- Shooters will participate in drills to provide goalies with a realistic training experience.
- Instruction will be given to shooters by Dave Rathjen Goaltending
- Full equipment on ice is required
If your skater is looking for extra ice time and would like to help make our Goalie Prep Camp a success, we'd love to have them join us!
